Polyurethane foam

• Cured foam is used in seat cushions and trim. Follow the manufacturer's instructions when handling it.
• Foam components and uncured materials can irritate skin and eyes — wear gloves and goggles.
• People with chronic respiratory disease, asthma, bronchial problems or hereditary allergies should not handle or stay near uncured materials.
• Do not breathe in vapour or spray. Work with good ventilation and respiratory protection, and keep the mask on until the vapour has fully cleared.
• Burning foam, cured or uncured, releases toxic gases. No smoking, open flames or electrical equipment during foam work until the vapour has cleared; hot-cut foam only in a well-ventilated area.
