Aiways PEU DC HV Wiring Harness Assembly

High voltage / electric shock

• Work on high-voltage components (traction battery, inverter, charger, orange cables) is for trained, qualified personnel only. Follow the vehicle manufacturer's procedure and de-energise the system first.
• Never damage, twist, cut or pinch cables, plugs and sockets, and keep electrical equipment away from water.
• Make sure the circuit is protected by the correct fuse. Do not use equipment with a hidden or suspected fault — mark it and remove it from the work area.
• If someone receives a shock: switch the power off before touching them. If you cannot, separate them from the source with a dry insulating material. Give first aid if you are trained and call for medical help.
