Oil filter — MG ZS

The combustion engine in an MG ZS Hybrid runs less often than in the pure-petrol version — kicking in mainly at higher speeds or under heavier load — but that doesn't mean the oil filter can go longer between changes.

Why the interval stays the same

• Oil and filters degrade with time, not just mileage — longer gaps between engine starts don't protect against that
• The filter number is identical to the 1.5 version: S24111654

It's worth treating the recommended interval as a fixed reference point, regardless of how rarely the combustion engine kicks in during hybrid driving.
