Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day ship the same day from our Warsaw warehouse. Courier delivery across Poland takes 24–48 hours, with no weight or size limits — we also handle pallet shipments.

Tracking and the waybill number are emailed as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Our courier delivers to every city and town in Poland — no exceptions and no extra charge for location. We regularly ship parts to Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Lublin, Białystok, Katowice, Gdynia, Częstochowa, Radom, Sosnowiec, Toruń, Kielce, Gliwice, Zabrze, Bytom, Olsztyn, Bielsko-Biała, Rzeszów, Rybnik, Tychy, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Płock, Elbląg, Opole, Wałbrzych, Włocławek, Tarnów, Chorzów, Koszalin, Kalisz, Legnica, Grudziądz, Słupsk, Jaworzno, Nowy Sącz, Jelenia Góra, Siedlce, Zielona Góra, Konin, Piotrków Trybunalski, Lubin, Suwałki, Stargard, Gniezno, Piła, Głogów, and Zamość, among others.

Don't see your city on the list? That's fine — courier delivery covers the whole country, so we'll get your order to the address you give us, wherever it is, including smaller towns and villages.

For customers outside Poland we arrange air and road freight within and beyond the European Union. Lead time and cost depend on weight, size and destination country, and are quoted together with the parts.

Every parcel is packed and labelled to the carrier's requirements. If a shipment arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of receipt — we will help with the carrier claim and send a replacement.

We deliver to virtually every country in the world. The only exceptions are countries currently under comprehensive international trade or financial sanctions, where delivery or payment isn't practically possible — a small, fixed list, not a broad restriction.
