Screen protector — MG ZS

Screen protection for the MG ZS's infotainment display usually comes in two material types — thin PET film and stiffer tempered glass, each offering a different level of protection and a different feel under your finger.

Which to pick and when

• PET film — cheaper, thinner, barely noticeable under a finger, but offers less protection against a harder impact
• Tempered glass — thicker, better at resisting cracks, but slightly changes how the touchscreen feels
